1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bayon Keys ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Bayon Keys is a license key management platform that allows software developers to issue, validate, and revoke license keys for their products. Features include API access, device tracking, and payment processing.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Bayon Digital is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
4. API Keys & Security
API keys are provided for secure access to our REST API. You must keep API keys confidential and must not share them publicly. Keys suspected of being compromised may be revoked without notice.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) distribute malware or harmful content; (c) attempt to bypass security controls; (d) spam, abuse, or harm other users; (e) resell access without written authorization.
6. Payments & Refunds
Plan fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Failed payments may result in account suspension.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAYON DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
