We collect: (a) account information you provide (name, email, password hash); (b) usage data (license activations, device fingerprints, IP addresses); (c) payment information processed through Bakong KHQR or Binance Pay (we do not store full payment credentials).

We use collected information to: provide and improve the Service; send transactional emails (verification, password reset, payment confirmation); enforce our Terms of Service; analyze usage patterns to improve product features.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: payment processors necessary to complete transactions; infrastructure providers (hosting, email) under data processing agreements; law enforcement when legally required.
4. Device Fingerprinting
Our license validation system collects device fingerprints (hardware ID, OS, CPU ID) to enforce license device limits. This data is stored securely and used only for license enforcement purposes.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Audit logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting privacy@bayondigital.com.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including: HTTPS encryption in transit; bcrypt password hashing; HMAC-signed API keys; rate limiting; Content Security Policy headers.
7. Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication and preference storage. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Service functionality.
